volume-break-inside does not work when block is split over several sequences #158

e.g. due to a page-break-before: right.

Since 16a4e3448385341710e6baedb9509b61eb05743d (Reimplementation of page-break-before='right' ), page-break-before: right does not result in a new sequence anymore. A page property can still result in a new sequence however, so there is still an issue.
