Compile SASS style sheets to CSS #78

on the fly, when file extension is ".scss".

Also support parameters which are injected into the style sheet as SASS variables.

Note: jsass requires Java 8. This is a good reason for fixing https://github.com/daisy/pipeline-mod-braille/issues/59
