[x] Both list numbers and bullets are generated before the translation phase, and there is no way for a translator to discriminate them (they are both inside a css:marker element). Ideally the bullets should not be translated, and the numbers should be translated with a dedicated translator during the formatting phase. (EDIT: this is only the case in louis:format)
