Align output style names of DTBook to ODT with input style names of Word to DTBook #104

DTBook to ODT style names have a "dtb:" prefix. Word to DTBook style names have a " (daisy)" suffix. We could align the two, either by having an option in DTBook to ODT to use a " (daisy)" suffix, or by making Word to DTBook recognize the "dtb:" prefix.
