Simplify Azure TTS names in TTS settings view #72

The TTS settings is showing following list of voices:

en-US-RogerNeura   azure    en-US   male-adult
Microsoft Hazel    onecore  en-GB   female-adult
Microsoft Mark     onecore  en-US   male-adult

The Azure voices names are not so user friendly because language code is added before the name and "neural" is appended behind. On the other hand the names of onecore voices are presented in a cleaner way.

It will be helpful especially for screen reader users to fix this issue with Azure voice names.
