Clean up tests in mediaoverlay-utils #86

There are some UTFX tests in the mediaoverlay-utils but they are obiously not being used anymore. They still refer to the old files smil10-to-smil30.xsl and smil10-join-adjacent.xsl. However the test data is potentially still useful. I could try to port them to XSpec but then I need to know which XSLTs implement the functionality now. If we can't port them we should remove the files.

@josteinaj According to the git history you added the files.

It's probably join.xsl and upgrade-smil-daisy202.xsl.
