epubs created with dtbook-to-epub contain unnecessary namespace in <meta> tag #109

Version Number : 1.10.2 Platform : Debian Linux

When converting dtbook to epub, the resulting package.opf contains the following unnecessary namespace in every tag

xmlns:f="http://www.daisy.org/ns/pipeline/internal-functions"

Note: change txt extension to xml before use. Sample.txt
