Wouldn't it be better to have a DOCX to EPUB 3 script, and a EPUB 3 to DTBook script? Following the method outlined in https://github.com/daisy/pipeline-scripts/issues/101#issuecomment-329759018.

Sure. Makes sense.

I'm only creating issues for features people have requested. How it will be implemented (and if it will ever be implemented) is open for discussion.
