The "Action on closing the app window" setting is automatically changed to "close the application"

In the following specific case the "Action on closing the app window" setting is automatically changed to "Close the application":

• The "Action on closing the app window" setting is set to "Keep running in the tray"
• The "Keep jobs open when closing the app window" setting is set to "Keep all jobs opened"
• The window is visible
• An unsubmitted job is present
• The application is quit using ⌘Q or the tray menu item
• The user choses "No" when the "Some unsubmitted jobs are present" dialog appears.

Note that when the window is not visible, the application quits without a warning (explained in https://github.com/daisy/pipeline-ui/issues/127#issuecomment-1476077659).
