TTS configuration UI ideas #155

As of 1.2.0-BETA, the team gave their initial thoughts on the new TTS config UI:

rename checkbox from “Use TTS configuration” to something with a link to the settings dialog
reverse checkbox behavior; see chat for details
rename "TTS Configuration file" option automatically to something else (todo: what?)

It seems like we generally want to keep going in the same direction with the UI strategy (global config, simple preference choosing, override-able per job)

As of d0162d4641768160e0cf4c89cd81b094f16ad000, the TTS configuration field is hidden on script forms. The global ttsConfig.xml file is automatically passed in for fields of type application/vnd.pipeline.tts-config+xml. So the checkbox behavior idea isn't relevant anymore, nor is the option renaming idea.
