Update to engine 1.14.11 #75

Anyone got an idea what is wrong with the Github check?

It seems like the build is working now.

@bertfrees @NPavie do you think there will be any more pipeline engine upgrades before we feature-freeze the UI at the end of this month? are there any issues that we've had reported with the UI that need to be fixed in the engine or in scripts?

I'm not sure, it depends on the feedback we get about scripts.

If we update to 1.14.11 now and verify that it works, it should be safe to do script updates after, as long as we keep the engine the same. That's what I plan to do, make no more changes to the engine until after the release of the UI. But I'd like to be able to make script updates and include those in the UI installer, even after the freeze if necessary.

I suggest merging this ASAP so that if you detect more issues we still have time to fix it.
