Windows 11 support #21

A user reported an error when trying to translate a document on Windows 11 :

“Check that DaisyAddinLib.resources is imbedded or linked”

The problem might be related to basic windows 11 support, we might a need to do a quick check on project configuration to fix that regarding resources.

The problem was related to a missing namespace declaration renaming during refactorisation. It was fixed during the switch to a separate localization project and should not occur with the latest test release.

The addin is now developped and tested under Windows 11.
