Feedback from a new user of the plugin :

Could be usefull to propose a default conversion folder in documents, similarly as what the DAISY Pipeline App does
Probleme in the pipeline synthesis while converting a document whit some English part in it : The tts log mentioned that the US voice was a SAPI version (while other voices were onecore), and that SapiEngine raised an NullPointerException on line 88 with the message "voice is null" when trying to use it.
