Update to latest XSpec #16

Ideally we shouldn't include the xspec source in the plugin. The other (official) plugin doesn't do this either (nor does the xproc-maven-plugin by the way). Maybe we can just deprecate our plugin in favor of the other, or merge them (see https://github.com/daisy/xspec-maven-plugin/issues/18).

v1.0.0 was just released.

The only local change that we made was https://github.com/daisy/xspec-maven-plugin/pull/3 (@rdeltour unless you took a modified version in your initial commit). But this bug has also been fixed upstream in the meantime.
