LHPC will create coins.json with blacklisted coins when doing manual orders #23

LHPC 1.77.5

When a manual order of a blacklisted coin (e.g. BTC) is created in trading mode 3, LHPC will include that coin (e.g. BTC) when checking for orders (e.g. active isolation mode) and change coins.json to be running with blacklisted coin.
