Suddenly Un-Quarantine a pumping coin (QTUM) #19

Autocoins suddenly un-quarantine qtum which showed pumping 59% on perc24hrVal It didn't retrace and I got a qtum trade 5mins later. Qtumusdt and detailed info (pass/fail) didn't show in the log during that 5mins Until another 5mins later it showed 63% perc24hrVal and on open position

The qtum trade is opened around 9:19

So basically my issue is some quarantined pairs unexpectedly got unquarantined, and no detailed info (pass/fail) could be found when unquarantine happened
