Hey! Thanks for creating Namco, it looks really nice and comprehensive tool that includes all microbiome analysis. While I want to give it a try to analyze my data, I got a problem with the very first step, uploading files.
It works nicely when I use R. but the webpage keeps popping out error said I have duplicate row names.
solved, I checked, the files have to be .tab instead of .xlsx.
