1 year ago The input formats should be similar to the test data that can be found in this repository (https://github.com/biomedbigdata/namco/tree/master/app/R/testdata). Please let us know if that solved your issue
While uploading the files it gives error duplicate row.names() not allowed in the file. I couldn't understand the error comes from metadata or the ASV file. It would be better to provide template file with headings to upload the file successfully. Thanks
