Add Trulia to Zillow Flex exemption checking #35

Add Trulia alongside Zillow Flex in all the zillow exemption alert matches.

Changed everything but the Event model schema in the database - could have renamed isPossibleZillowExemption to include Trulia, but this felt unnecessary and actually involves a lot more manipulation of the existing data. Otherwise the change should work for the alerts.
