DAN: great question, sorry for not defining. We have to pay a large referral fee if we close any lead we get from Zillow Flex. However, if they give us a lead on someone already in our database, then we don't have to pay if we close it, however we do have to give them evidence, ie submit an exception request to them which they opt out of requiring a referral payment. It is a very short fuse, so it would be great to have the app do a notification so we have time to react and then provide statuses specific to getting the exception approved. The trick with this is that we need to be able to somehow use the person ID flex data to understand that it is an already existing person ID and not newly created for this event. And thus a new inquiry on an existing account.
