Use ECS for ai task, Auto scaling group
Update the detailed status of the generation (pre-process/augmentation).
Optimize ai caller service when passing state data.

The first task ECS for AI should be long, so we will check it carefully. @giaoNguyen70 needs your help to create the docker. Approximate time: 4-5 weeks to finish.
