Clean all un-use apps/resources/tools in AWS: DEV and PROD

@pcaversaccio i have deleted something in prod. Actually, @locpnh1995 said to me that he will have some pr to make our system more smoothly. I think that is ok. So I am waitting for him. Then i will delete later (in case he need some support from BE).

If this is the last PR https://github.com/daita-technologies/interface/pull/295 - please clean up everything after merging it into main (ie. all unused apps/resources/tools in AWS DEV and PROD), and close the issue. Thx.
