Further Fixes

Reset cursor to default state after hovering out of a shape.
Add the prev/next button in order to scroll the image list in the annotation tool.
Update message when a project does not exist.
Change some notification messages.
Add file size limit to the info & remove user interactions for failed uploads.
Add a new class to the current category when importing JSON after the user trigger saves the label.
Fix typos & adjust wording for the feedback form.
Will not reset form data when creating project fails.

List of updates when #301 is merged to develop:
