Plugin:

Make sure the plugin in the wp-package on the live server (wp-schedule-post.com) is pulling from master branch
write unit tests (make tests branch and keep updated with master)
test plugin installs with all wp releases after 3.0

CCC Sever:

write unit tests
make sure recieving requests (& checking the key)
make sure is sending requests
