Have you tried to manually change brightness using ddcutil
? This extension is merely an UI for ddcutil
you need to make sure ddcutil setvcp 10 100 --bus 3
works first.
Thank you for the advice. In my case, I found out that changing the monitor's setup mode from 'Standard' to 'User' stopped it from receiving the ddccutil command. A factory reset was the first way to solve the issue, but that also fixed it for me.
