Refresh xmlresolution 404 error #808

I received this error on 2 packages that I was refreshing. The packages are E20081001_AAAAAE/FSU_DIATOMSCAPES and E20081001_AAAAAI/FSU_DIATOMSCAPES_II:

I reset the package and received the same error.

Looks like xml resolution does not resolve any file so that there is no tar. Can you put in the SIP into daitss-test? I like to see if I can reproduce it. Thanks,

I put E20081001_AAAAAI.tar on daitss-test. It has the same issue.

E20081001_AAAAAE was too big to put on daitss-test. I have changed the permission so you can download it.
