Please reopen the issues section of uWebSockets #1

@alexhultman I really understand that you do not want to wipe any ass, but IMHO for a project that has zero documentation and has an interface differing at large from other, similar projects the issues contained a trove of information that helped us to figure it out all alone. Also offending questions were the minority. Most questions stem from unavailable docs.

So I kindly ask if you could reactivate the issues list in order to give others a chance to get at least an idea how to use this library.

this is really funny ^^ the lib is awesome but lots of improvements can be done (memory leaks, crashes , lack of documentation).
