I'm not sure I understand what you are looking for. The downloads for this
project
are available here:

http://code.google.com/p/ivysvn/downloads/list

the tar archive contains the jar file.

I want jar that is downloadable directly by http, outside archive.

Sorry, I am not maintaining another download for this. If necessary write a
script to
download the .tgz and extract the jar file. I don't see the benefit of
providing just
the jar? Also, the location will change with each new release.

Script that downloads jar is much simpler then script that downloads tgz and
extracts
it, especially if this script is written in ant.

To make user script work after next release just don't remove old jars.

Having ivysvn easily downloadable is very important, to bootstrap compilation:
everything else except ivy and ivysvn can be downloaded using ivy.

At some point I will run out of space on Google Code and will have to delete
old jars.

As for unpacking a .tgz from Ant, its really simple, there is a standard Ant
task to
do it.

Size of ivysvnresolver jar is 27k. Having releases every two weeks you will run
out
of space after 740 years. It is pretty long time :)
