Lockstep branch was primarily to make real lockstep system, and I still yet need to make the turnbuffer control speed up and slow down to keep sync.
It also had some minor fixes:
-Log folders
-FixtureDefFactory no longer carrying over shapes and creating wrong sizes
-Box2D error that would rarely occur, but would crash game
-Drawing world borders
