I made some changes to the code to clean up some things. There's also a few things to investigate.

  1. Please add an example (or a few, or better, some tests) to make sure that both algorithms give the same result.
  2. In rt_admm_configuration() are those the right lengths for auxi_var and dual_var? I'm not positive.
