Impute missing observations before calculating "weighted past counts" during CV.
Add "Date" handling as x input.
Remove some irrelevant utilities.
Clean up some other stuff.
Bump the version number.
Add potential flexibility to avoid the Gamma and pass a vector of discretized delay weights. (untested)
