Update to work with Bison 3.0.5 #39

Thanks for the fix, now I need to figure out bison 3.0.5 to 3.6.3 support.

We have it working up to Bison 3.7 in our project's Raptor fork at https://github.com/vgteam/raptor. You're welcome to steal commits.

I took a quick look but it seems it would need some merge fixes. You also run it with '-y' which I think I stopped doing some years ago.
