Did you ever find a good way of integrating luasnip with autopairs? #1

Hello! I'm opening this issue because I have no other way of contacting you. I saw some threads from a while ago where you were wanting to integrate autopairs and luasnip in Neovim and your issue did not seem well-received. I am having the exact same problems/wants as you did with my Neovim-LaTeX workflow. I'm inexperienced with Lua and Neovim, so I don't really know how to solve this problem on my own. Did you ever find a good solution to integrate both of those plugins? In particular, I'm wanting the customization offered by luasnip, with the robustness of autopairs, all while being able to escape the pairs from anywhere inside and to delete the whole pair when the open bracket/parentheses/quote is deleted. I resorted to getting a plugin called tabout, but I find it's very inconsistent, and the other problems remain. I would super appreciate it if you could help or point me in the right direction.

Hey! This is indeed a little unexpected. I don't remember quite what I was doing back then but I have some memory of getting the auto pair and luasnip thing to work. Unfortunately, I didn't stay with Neovim and went over to Emacs. And due to the instability of Neovim and its plugin ecosystem, my old config completely broke at some point and I didn't keep it around. So I can't really check what I did.

Funnily enough I'm just looking into Vim(not Neovim) again and might switch back. But now that I've tried some of the Emacs things for LaTeX(in particular cdlatex, it's GREAT!), I'm no longer going to try to fix the workflow described in the old Github issues you mention. Sooo.... Sorry that I can't be of more help...
