Add Imenu support #136

Hi,

It'd be nice if Imenu worked within ripgrep buffers, for instance if rg-group-result is enabled then it'd be cool if it allowed to navigate the list of files.

Perhaps to be combined with https://github.com/dajva/rg.el/issues/132.

My idea is to contribute a patch time permitting but anybody interested please feel free to chip in.
