Snap to Grid stop working after first movement #1614

Describe the bug When enabling snap to grid in editor, it will only snap to grid on the first click and drag, all subsequent click and drags do not snap to grid.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Access custom screen.
  2. Click and enabled Snap on top left of screen editor.
  3. Click and drag any block, and observe snap to grid functions.
  4. Click and drag the same block a second time and observe snap to grid no longer functions.

Expected behavior Snap to grid should continue to work indefinitely.
