Change News Source in block to check box option #1821

Description Since news RSS is unreliable at times, and since clients desire more than one feed in a block to rotate using a checkbox system instead of a single dropdown is preferred.

Current block options shown like below may be modified to a checkbox system for source and country similar to what is shown on the weather block
