Tripit.com iCal Links no longer working #1896

Requests to tripit.com in the past had to have special handling due to some of its requirements.

Now, however, this handling is actually causing those requests to fail with a "403 Forbidden" response, and should be removed as no longer necessary.

Merged in @ 3c59207 and added to the queue for upcoming release to the live site.
