HA Location, similar to Life360 #1947

Opening this case to track efforts surrounding adding the integration to display maps for locations from Home Assistant integrations.

Latitude and longitude are shared via the /api/states/ Restful API endpoint, and the information can be plotted in a new block using Google Maps: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/embed/embedding-map
