Updating CC in Dark Theme #1971

It has come to our attention that when entering Credit Card Information into the Billing section to replace a Card, when using the DAKboard Dark Theme the numbers are black making it difficult to see. See below:

We need to update it so when using this Theme that the Text Color is set to something that will be easily visible.
