Actual Rainfall for Wunderground #1975

For Weather Underground Sources, we will be adding a new "Extra Info" item option for "Accumulation" and pull data from WU API that provides "Accumulated precipitation for today from midnight to present" and display as another icon & value when selected.

Displays should be something along these lines:

Merged in @ 98ba87b and added to the queue for upcoming release to the live site.
