Apple weather reporting Millimeters when using Inches #2028

It appears that the integration for Apple is using Millimeters when reporting in inches for precipitation. See examples below:

As you can see, OpenWeatherMap is showing 0.25 inches while Apple Weather is showing 4.93 inches. The 0.25 inches is 6.35 Millimeters so this seems to be the issue.

Currently, the only workaround is to use another weather source.
