Unconfigured iCal Entries Incorrectly Count toward Calendar Maximum #2043

Describe the bug The "Calendar Limit reached" message may appear when it should not. For example, as an Essential user, it will state "5 Calendar Limit reached" when only 4 authenticated calendars have been checked off, and no iCal entries have been specified.

Expected behavior If no iCal URL has been specified, it should not count toward the maximum calendars.

Additional context While adjusting to correct the count tally, we can also adjust the "Upgrade to" link as an alert-link

Workaround Delete any un-specified iCal entries.
