Dakboard stuck on "loading" screen

Describe the bug My dakboard screen is stuck on the "loading" screen. If I unplug it and plug it back in, sometimes it briefly displays my screen. When I sign in online I can see my screen displayed fine.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Unplug
2. Plug back in
3. "loading" screen stuck

Expected behavior I should be seeing the display I see at Dakboard.com

This looks like there is an issue with your device's operating system. We would recommend upgrading it to the latest OS using the steps in the article below.
