Microsoft ToDo Shared Lists are not Included in All Folders

It was discovered that if you have a shared list from other users' accounts the list will not be included when viewing All Folders. See below:

Shared List Called Home:

You can view the list and see its events:

But when you view All Folders, the events are missing:
