Chromium displays artifacts during screen loops #105

Describe the bug During loops, black screen artifacts are seen on the screen using the OPI-OS with the 3 LTS hardware. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Deploy OPI-OS on 103.24
  2. Link device to account.
  3. Assign screen loop at 5 second interval (for ease of displaying issue)

Expected behavior Artifacts should not display in browser while showing screen loop and loop transitions.

With the latest OS for the OPi 3.55 released on chrome v120, this has not been observed. This case may be reopened if any further issues are uncovered.
