Only include touchscreen setup button for supported devices #116

Description: Requested by DAKboard reseller Smart N Magic, it would be helpful to only include the touchscreen setup icon for supported devices. This can help prevent confusion for those that purchased devices without touchscreen functionality.

Review possibility to modify the ARGs provided in the browwser.sh to point to an alternative page without the link, identified by startup processes when the touchscreen device is recognized.
