Atmospheric Map does not animate in v3.20 on RPi4 #81

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Complete setup of DAKboard OS on RPi4 device.
  2. Build screen with an atmospheric map block and assign to the v3.20 device.
  3. Note that the atmospheric map does not animate

Expected behavior Atmospheric maps should animate on DAKboard OS release.

Additional context Hardware acceleration added in Internal Issue #308 is suspected to have caused the inability to animate the atmospheric map

Testing has indicated some issues with the Chromium-browser 104 release in place on the DAKboard OS device with the hardware in the RPi4. GPU acceleration settings result in mixed unfavorable results of certain features. At the moment there does not appear to be a configuration in chromium-browser that will support the use of DAKboard gauges, the atmospheric map, and prevent random black blocks from appearing in transitions on the device.

For now, the chromium-browser release will be downgraded back to a known working release of 98, last used in v3.13 and retested in UAT with up to date enhancements for the 3.21 release.
