Currently, vnc server is enabled but not functional in the OS to force the LXDE interface to use the legacy Openbox desktop, this provides better display compatibility. With touchscreen applications VNC however has a habit of appearing on the screen, which is undesired.
Remove VNC, and edit the memory threshold required to use the mutter desktop significantly higher than 8GB, which will force openbox use.
