I.  Issue Description:
No sync with iCloud

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Install Carddav plugins
2. Configure carddav-servers. I tried https://contacts.icloud.com:443, 
https://p06-contacts.icloud.com:443 and some other urs, i found in forums. The 
server is accepted and also syncing but no contacts are shown in my 
addressbook...
