Can't Import CalDAV Calendars from CalDAV Account #603

I.  Issue Description:
We are trying to log on to our Bedework CalDAV server with our user account, 
and import our calendars, but they do not show up.   They Syncing wheel spins, 
but doesn't show any calendars.  In this case, 4 calendars should show up.

Also, when we enter in our CalDAV server credentials, they do not seem to get 
saved, but revert to the default settings upon clicking save.  If they are 
entered in again, they persist, but if I change Provider Roundcube Mail and 
then back to CalDAV, the info disappears and reverts back to default.
